Why does my candle have a bumpy surface?

Soy candles are known to have a bumpy surface after burning in comparison to the very smooth post burn surface of a toxic paraffin wax.

 

 

How do i take care of my candle?

Trim your wick before every burn

Never burn your candle for more than 3 hours at a time

Always place the candle on a stable, level, heatproof surface

Stop burning your candle when there is 1-2cm of wax remaining

 

 

What happens if my candle is damaged?

Simply contact iivyandco and we will get in contact with you and arrange a new candle on the way!

 

 

How many days is processing?

Candle processing can be anywhere from 2-5 days

 

 

How many days is shipping?

Shipping is anywhere between 5-10 days as in some circumstances the 1700ml size usually takes a few extra days to cure
